DANCE FLOOR HIRE – PRICING SCHEDULE

Floor Hire and Deposit:

  Standard Rate *Members Rate  
Per Day $8.00 $6.00 s/m ($21.60 per sheet) Deposit $200 Min Charge – 8 sheets. Each ‘floor section is     3m x3.6m (4 sheets)  –  Deposit may be altered by Committee agreement
Successive days 50% of day rate.

Driver / Construction Supervisor:

  Standard Rate *Members Rate  
Per Hire $75.00 $75.00 Fixed contracted price and not negotiable.
A loading may apply outside metro area, to cover accommodation, double trips etc

Kilometer Charge:

  Standard Rate *Members Rate  
Upto 20Km (covers delivery & pickup) $50.00 No Charge If two trips involved Second trip 59% off
Beyond 20km & less than 100km (charge each way) 30 cents Km 20 cents km Beyond 100km POA

Labourer:

  Standard Rate *Members Rate  
Per Hire / Per Person $75.00 $75.00 Hire May supply own labourers (see contract conditions)
A distance loading may apply to cover accommodation, or double trips etc.

SAFETY: Supply and install adhesive edge marking tape                                $1.00 per metre

 

To qualify for membership rate, membership must be of 6 months standing, and hire be for the use of the member or immediate family for a private show.
Standard rate – charged for commercial, private, or other Clubs or Associations
The Committee has the right to waive floor hire and deposit fees or Kilometer charge, at their discretion. Driver/Construction supervisor services and labourer fees are contract out, and may not be altered by Committee.
